DOT Physical
We are compliant with all FMCSA and NRCME guidelines.
These are the standard (long form) physicals needed for any CDL, class A, B, and C drivers who are regulated by the DoT. You will receive the Medical Examiners Certificate (health card) upon successful completion of the physical. This is the form that you will bring to the DMV to self certify and keep your CDL current.
We require all diabetics to undergo HgA1c testing within the last 60 days to ensure compliance. If they have not, we do have instant CLIA-waived HgA1c testing on-site for an additional cost of $25.
