Fees vary depending on company volume and tests required. We can perform DOT, NON – DOT collections, POCT Instant tests, hair testing, and breath alcohol, either on-site or in office.
DOT Drug Test
Drug testing is performed at all of our locations – Dallas, Grand Prairie, Fort Worth and Lancaster office, or on-site.
Observed / Return to Duty – $25 surcharge added
Emergency After hours – $160 surcharge added
Post Accident, on scene – $200 surcharge added
* Drivers must have ID and be prepared for their test. If testing runs beyond our normal business hours, a $150 overtime surcharge will be assessed.
* Appointments are not needed for drug testing, please walk in before 4 PM.

Collection Only
For companies with established lab accounts. We are a certified collection site for a variety of labs including Quest (Preferred Provider), LabCorp, Alere and CRL.

We use SAMSHA Certified Labs for DOT Tests.
Samples collected before 5pm are sent out the same day.
Turn around time can be between 1-4 days depending on the test and result.
