Fees vary depending on company volume and tests required. We can perform DOT, NON – DOT collections, POCT Instant tests, hair testing, and breath alcohol, either on-site or in office.
DOT Drug Test
Drug testing is performed at all of our locations – Dallas, Mesquite, Grand Prairie and Lancaster office, or on-site.
Observed / Return to Duty – $25 surcharge added
Emergency After hours – $250 surcharge added
On-site Scheduled – $250 Flat Fee
* Drivers must have ID and be prepared for their test. If testing runs beyond our normal business hours, a $150 overtime surcharge will be assessed.
* Appointments are not needed for drug testing, please walk in before 4 PM.
Emergency and Post Accident services available 24 hours, 7 days a week.

Collection Only
For companies with established lab accounts. We are a certified collection site for a variety of labs including Quest (Preferred Provider), LabCorp, Alere and CRL.
NON-DOT
Drug Testing Options
Personal Testing, Court Ordered, Parole, Pre-Employment Testing, Employee Drug Tests, Random Testing, whatever your testing needs – odds are we can take care of it!

- 5 Panel – $50
- 10 Panel Drug Test – $60
- 5/10 Panel Instant Test (POCT)- $50, with lab review of non-negatives only (add $35).
- 5 Panel Hair Testing – $99
Fees include MRO review
We use SAMSHA Certified Labs for DOT Tests.
Samples collected before 5pm are sent out the same day.
Turn around time can be between 1-4 days depending on the test and result.

Breath Alcohol
Both DOT or NON-DOT options available.
All of our collectors are certified professional collectors (CPCs) by DATIA and our breath alcohol exams are done by Breath Alcohol Technicians certified by the manufacturer of our Evidential Breath Tester: Draeger. Proper training is important and we at DOT Medical want you to feel confident that your tests will be DoT compliant.
