How To Apply For Your Immigration Physical Exam

• Verification of required vaccinations and screenings

If all necessary documentation and tests are complete, we can schedule your final exam with the civil surgeon right away. If anything is missing, we will guide you on how to fulfill the requirements before your final visit.

Once we have your necessary documentation and any needed tests are complete, we will schedule your immigration physical with our designated civil surgeon.

The final exam may be scheduled as soon as the next day, depending on availability of our physician.
 If additional vaccinations or lab tests are required (such as gonorrhea screening for ages 18-24), we can provide lab referrals. Results take 2-3 business days.
Once the exam is complete, we will seal your medical examination packet as required by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

Cost of Final Exam: $100 (additional fees may apply for required lab tests)

Important Information

Vaccination Requirements – Vaccination guidelines vary by age group and are set by the CDC. You can find the latest requirements at cdc.gov/vaccines.

COVID-19 Update – As of January 22, 2025, the COVID-19 vaccine is no longer required for immigration physicals.

We do NOT provide vaccinations at our clinic – Patients must obtain required vaccinations elsewhere and bring hard copy proof from a medical provider. 

Hard Copies Required – All vaccination and medical records must be in hard copy form to be included in the sealed USCIS packet. We can print emailed records if needed.
